Users may be experiencing Marvee not responding properly as of this morning. There is an easy fix for this by disabling, then re-enabling the Marvee Skill – (we realized the reports coincide with the recent update to the Alexa app, which has affected existing Alexa Skills).
If Marvee is responding with “I’m not sure” or “I can’t find that Skill”, simply go to your Alexa app (or alexa.amazon.com in a web browser):
– Open Alexa app
– Go to Skills in the main navigation
– Type Marvee in the search window
– Tap the Marvee Skill to open to main Skill page
– Tap “Disable Skill
– Then “Enable” the Skill again and link you Marvee account
